I have a few more to put up. These are from a Hot Air Balloon Festival that was in Salt Lake. It was really cool and was pretty hard to get good shots, there were small opportunities to get the balloons lit up by the flames. Well that’s about all I have to say about these. 
I haven’t put up any pictures for a long time, so here are some. They are a bunch of random ones from various outings. The Yellow Truck I tried some strange oversaturation to try to get a different look. Picture 2 is inside the Venetian in Las Vegas. The third one is in a store, I really liked how the wax looked on the top of the bottles, I don’t know how I feel about the focus being on the second row of bottles instead of the first but oh well. The last picture was taken about 9:00PM in France, I am really happy with how it turned out, the light was tricky but it really came out amazing.

Ok, I went to an organic food shop in Salt Lake yesterday. It was an interesting place to take pictures because it was so monochromatic yet colorful at the same time. I think you’ll see what I mean when you look at the pictures. I’ll get some more up from there in time
Well it looks like we are getting well into the warm sunny weather. I thought I’d spend some time taking a few pictures today. I went out and found a few great scenes and captured some great flowers.

Well, now that I’ve introduced you to my new lens, I’ll show you what it can do. I took these early the other morning and used some sweet Photoshop magic to stitch them together. I was in the North Logan benches when I took it and I love what the fog does, but you have to see the whole width to really take it in. So give it a click and zoom in to see how cool it is.
So my brother and I were poking around the house. We came across this. It is the camera I learned Photography on. It’s a Canon AE-1 they built them between 1976-1984 so I don’t know exactly how old it is but it is still pretty sweet.
There you have it. What got me started down this crazy road.
Well folks, I just thought I’d let you see the glory of my new lens. I picked up a Canon 17-85 MM USM lens. IT is much better than my kit lens in quite a few ways, but most importantly it makes my camera look even cooler. So here are some great shots.
Well this is a picture I have wanted to take for a long time, one with water that looks soft and dreamy. So I went up to Logan Cave and caught a few. I’m really happy with them. I am going to find some more water and try it again sometime.
Sorry for the long wait since the last post, finals week was insane but now it’s over and I can get going on more picture time!
